GOTA’s Grand Finale beat The Excellector for fourth straight win, 288.68-267.20

GOTA’s Grand Finale extended their win streak to four games with a hard-fought win over The Excellector, coming out on top with a 288.68-267.20 victory. The Excellector remains winless for the season. GOTA’s Grand Finale nabbed a 103.15-point lead on Thursday behind stellar efforts from Jared Goff and Chris Carson. Goff passed for 395 yards and a touchdown for 53.85 points, while Carson ran for 118 yards (37.55 points). The Excellector bounced back to take the lead during the late games on Sunday, powered by Royce Freeman (14.9 points) and Courtland Sutton (14.6). Not to be deterred, GOTA’s Grand Finale made a run later that night, as Marlon Mack (36.5 points) and Jack Doyle (3.95) put them back in the lead once and for all. GOTA’s Grand Finale (4-1) will look to sustain their momentum against san antonio stampede, while The Excellector (0-5) try to right the ship against Badass Lemmings.
