Despite top scorer Jackson, EastRock fall to The Bonesmashers in 113-112 battle
Lamar Jackson posted 42 points for EastRock, the best total in the league this week, but it wasn't enough to overcome The Bonesmashers, who came back to earn a 113-112 win. After trailing 112-102 heading into Monday night, The Bonesmashers made a comeback behind Kenny Stills (3 Rec, 37 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Noah Fant (2 Rec, 29 Rec Yds). Lamar Jackson (42 points) and Amari Cooper (16) carried the flag for EastRock in the loss. The Bonesmashers (1-0) will look to add to their success against Mushroom Capital, while EastRock (0-1) will take on william l's Team in an effort to earn their first win.
Jeffery scored 16 points in a 32-27 win over the Redskins to more-than-double his 7.77-point projection. He caught 5 passes for 49 yards and a touchdown to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on The Bonesmashers this week. Next week, Jeffery will go up against the Falcons.
