Nerd Herd brush off projections, knock off Wheezy in 111.12-81.72 rout
Nerd Herd exceeded expectations, rolling to a 111.12-81.72 victory over Wheezy, who fell short of projections. There was very little drama in this matchup, as Nerd Herd leapt out to a 24.82-point lead on Thursday behind impressive showings from Wil Lutz and David Montgomery. Lutz made all 4 of his FG attempts for 17 points, while Montgomery racked up 87 yards from scrimmage and caught a touchdown pass (14.7 points). Allen Robinson II (8 Rec, 86 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Kyler Murray (163 Pass Yds, 28 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) led the way for Wheezy in defeat. This marks the first time this season Nerd Herd have taken down Wheezy, after falling 98.72-92.12 in their last matchup. Nerd Herd ends the season on a high note, but they'll miss the postseason with a record of 3-10. Wheezy will also be home for the playoffs, finishing at 6-7.
Woods overachieved for the fourth time this season, scoring 17.2 points against his 8.57-point projection. In a 34-7 win over the Cardinals, he caught 13 passes for 172 yards . Woods ranks #71 among all fantasy players this season and will face the Seahawks next week.

Nerd Herd
Way to shrug off that eight-match losing streak, Nerd Herd! Every fantasy team is faced with adversity somewhere along the way... keep on truckin' and take things one week at a time.
Wheezy
Unless Wheezy wants to go full diva-mode, then "not seeing enough opportunities" doesn't fly as an excuse this time around. As a group, our trio of pass-catchers (two WR and one TE) combined to receive a hearty 23 targets in Week 13. Chemistry and timing appear to be issues as that group recorded only 13 receptions.
