Caribbean Bombers manage to beat Cowboy Chip in 135-106 rout despite coming up short of expectations

Both teams were unable to bring their A game, falling short of their projected point totals, but Caribbean Bombers did enough to knock off Cowboy Chip, rolling to a 135-106 win. Cowboy Chip nabbed a 5-point lead on Thursday, but it was all Caribbean Bombers after that. They were led by Drew Brees (201 Pass Yds, 1 Pass TD) and Rob Gronkowski (8 Rec, 107 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD). T.Y. Hilton (28 points) and Davante Adams (21) carried the flag for Cowboy Chip in the loss. This marks the second time this season Caribbean Bombers have gotten the best of Cowboy Chip, after winning 145-83 in their last matchup. Caribbean Bombers will look to keep it going in next week's semifinal round, while Cowboy Chip seek to rebound and finish the season with a win in the 5th Place game.
