Coach Talk

J's Wondrous Team
Sure, we ultimately got the win, but there's not really any other way to put it, J's Wondrous Team: our starting QB was utterly outplayed this past week. Philip Rivers went 13-of-26 for 228 yards and two touchdowns for Bada Bing, and all Derek Carr could manage through the air was 171 passing yards. Let's work overtime to get on the same page with our receivers this week!
Bada Bing
Unless Bada Bing wants to go full diva-mode, then "not getting enough chances" is definitely not an excuse this time around. As a group, our pass-catching corps (three WR, two TE) collectively received a respectable 25 targets in Week 9. Those players might need to spend more time with the JUGS machine, considering they hauled in only 11 receptions.
