Offensively challenged Mananas defeat Firestorm, 106.76-89.02

Mananas secured a 106.76-89.02 win over Firestorm in spite of ranking only 10th in the league in points scored for the week. Mananas took an early 10.30-point lead on Thursday. Firestorm came back to take the lead early afternoon Sunday, powered by Kirk Cousins (18.62 points) and the Los Angeles Chargers defense (17). Unphased, Mananas pulled it together later that afternoon, as the Seattle Seahawks defense (28 points) put them back on top for good. Mananas (5-1) will look to earn another W against The Dog House, while Firestorm (2-4) will face off against Spokane Sith in an effort to develop some positive momentum.

Coach Talk

Mananas
Listen Mananas, I'm a "glass half full" kind of coach. While others may harp on the fact that our scoring's slipped recently, I'll choose to spin this in a positive direction. Averaging 117.45 points through Week 5, our crew has definitely proven that it's even better than the 106.76 we needed for this past week's win!
Firestorm
It's entirely possible that Firestorm may be a better GM in the NFL than in fantasy football. Accumulating just 10 targets as a group in Week 6, their three wide receivers apparently made most of their contributions by running decoy routes and blocking downfield.
