Despite top scorer Fitzpatrick, Keeper Reapers fall to Beloglavi, 99-90
Ryan Fitzpatrick racked up 31 points for Keeper Reapers, the best total in the matchup and fifth-highest in the league this week, but it wasn't enough to topple Beloglavi, who secured a 99-90 win. Keeper Reapers earned a 4-point lead on Thursday, but Beloglavi held the lead the rest of the way. They were led by Alvin Kamara (82 Rush Yds, 2 Rush TDs, 34 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and the Miami Dolphins defense (6 Pts Allowed, 282 Yds Allowed, 4 Turnovers). Ryan Fitzpatrick (31 points) and O.J. Howard (17) carried the flag for Keeper Reapers in the loss. Beloglavi (4-5) will look to build on their success against Maharaja Daughters, while Keeper Reapers (4-5) try to generate some positive momentum against Desert Eagles.
The Dolphins defense overachieved for the third time this season, scoring 26 points against their 11.28-point projection. In a 13-6 win over the Jets, they allowed only 6 points, surrendered 282 yards, and intercepted 4 passes. The Dolphins defense ranks #5 among fantasy DEFs this season and will face the Packers next week.

Beloglavi
Getting the win is most important, Beloglavi, but we've also identified one spot where we can get better as a team. Our quarterback was clearly outplayed this past week. Ryan Fitzpatrick went 24-of-40 for 243 yards and four touchdowns for Keeper Reapers, and all Derek Carr could muster was a 16-for-21 outing for 171 passing yards. We need to put some more effort into studying those playbooks!

Well, we certainly can't complain about a shortage of opportunities this week, can we? As a group, our pass-catching corps (three WR and one TE) collectively saw a respectable 24 targets in Week 9. Timing and chemistry seem to be issues as that group tallied only 13 receptions.
