ATLiens Returns come back to top FEAR THE NECKBEARD in 186.85-185.80 battle
Both teams were unable to rise to the occasion, but ATLiens Returns did enough to beat FEAR THE NECKBEARD, coming from behind to earn a 186.85-185.80 victory. ATLiens Returns trailed 185.80-142.35 heading into Monday night, but the squad roared back behind Luke Kuechly, who made 13 tackles for 22.5 points, and Demario Davis, who made 8 tackles and recorded a sack (22 points). Todd Gurley II (33.77 points) and Joe Mixon (29.67) did their part for FEAR THE NECKBEARD in the loss. This marks the first time this season ATLiens Returns have gotten the best of FEAR THE NECKBEARD, after falling 194.56-192.65 in their last matchup. ATLiens Returns will look to keep it rolling in the Championship next week, while FEAR THE NECKBEARD seek to bounce back and finish the season with a win in the 3rd Place game.
Davis (8 Tackles, 1 Sack) scored 22 points against the Panthers in Week 15. His scoring output was 74.7% more than his 12.59-point projection and was much higher than his 12.23-point season scoring average. Davis ranks #1 among fantasy LBs this season and will face the Steelers next week.
ATLiens Returns
Getting the win is most important, ATLiens Returns, but we do know of one spot where we should get stronger as a team: our starting running backs were thoroughly outclassed by the opposition. Held back by Leonard Fournette (64 total yards, no TDs) and James White (37 yards, no TDs), our three RBs combined for only 32.77 points in Week 15, and the starting backfield for FEAR THE NECKBEARD doubled us up with a score of 76.67. Let's sweet-talk the offensive coordinator to get some more touches in Week 16!
FEAR THE NECKBEARD
"Not getting many looks" really isn't an excuse this week for FEAR THE NECKBEARD. As a group, our trio of pass-catchers (two WR and one TE) combined to see a grand total of 14 targets in Week 15. Those players might need to hit the practice field, considering they notched only six catches.
