The Outlaws earn win against Clark Kent in 229.50-159.35 rout

The Outlaws brought their A game and outperformed their projected point total, cruising to a 229.50-159.35 victory over Clark Kent, who fell short of projections. The Outlaws never trailed in this one after taking a 36.84-point lead on Thursday behind Patrick Mahomes (23.42 points) and Justin Jackson (16.92). Christian McCaffrey (30.5 points) and the Chicago Bears defense (25) did everything they could for Clark Kent in the loss. This marks the second time this season The Outlaws have beaten Clark Kent, after winning 249.05-245.93 in their last matchup. The Outlaws will look to not lose that winning feeling in the Championship next week, while Clark Kent attempt to bounce back and finish the season with a win in the 3rd Place game.

Coach Talk

The Outlaws
Hey, the key to football is taking advantage of the mismatches, right? Fueled by stellar production from our receiving corps, our team really took that to heart this past week. We doubled up Clark Kent at wide receiver (68.01 points to 30.87). DeAndre Hopkins had 170 receiving yards and two TDs while Davante Adams chipped in with 119 yards.
Clark Kent
Unless Clark Kent wants to go full diva-mode, then "not getting enough looks" is not a reasonable excuse this week. As a group, our pass-catching corps (two WR and one TE) collectively got a grand total of 21 targets in Week 15. Those players should spend extra practice time working with their QBs, considering they notched just 13 receptions.
