Coach Talk

Milk of the Poppy
Hey, the key to football is spotting the mismatches. Thanks to a awesome performance from Patrick Mahomes, we quadrupled ELVIS baby at the quarterback position this past week (41 points to 9.28). Mahomes went 23-for-38 for 295 yards and four TDs in a 40-33 triumph over the Raiders.
ELVIS baby
Unless ELVIS baby wants to go diva-mode on us, then "not seeing enough opportunities" is definitely not a viable excuse this week. As a group, our pass-catching corps (three WR and one TE) collectively received a grand total of 34 targets in Week 13. With only 19 total receptions, this group may have some chemistry issues.
