Demoni earn win over Homer in 111-81 rout

Demoni rose to the occasion, cruising to a 111-81 win over Homer, who fell short of projections. There was very little drama in the matchup, as Demoni nabbed a 26-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind stellar efforts from James Conner and Joe Mixon. Conner racked up 212 yards from scrimmage and ran for 2 touchdowns for 32 points, while Mixon racked up 138 yards from scrimmage and ran for 2 touchdowns (25 points). Andrew Luck (29 points) and Phillip Lindsay (16) were the leading performers for Homer in the loss. Demoni (6-2) will look to maintain their momentum against Ptičice, while Homer (7-1) face Državniposo in an effort to develop some positive momentum.
