Homer won their seventh straight to open the season with a easy win over Alcatraz Jackals, rolling to a 110-78 victory. Homer took a 24-point lead on Thursday behind standout showings from Phillip Lindsay (15 points) and Royce Freeman (9). Alcatraz Jackals came back to take the lead late afternoon Sunday, powered by Drew Brees (20 points) and Mark Ingram (4).
