Back-and-forth battle ends with Ballers coming back to top Big Show, 134.02-111.81
What a whirlwind! After a back-and-forth matchup featuring four lead changes, Ballers earned a come-from-behind win over Big Show, coming back to earn a 134.02-111.81 victory. Ballers trailed 108.16-103.02 heading into Monday night, but the team roared back behind the New Orleans Saints defense (18 points) and Luke Kuechly (13). Matt Ryan (231 Pass Yds, 2 Pass TDs, 18 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TD) and Tarik Cohen (21 Rush Yds, 31 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) were the leaders for Big Show in the loss. Ballers improve to 7-8 for the season, while Big Show fall to 6-9.
With 15 points, Buckner nearly tripled his 5.06-point projection as the 49ers beat the Seahawks 26-23. He made 11 tackles and recorded 2 sacks to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on Ballers this week. Next week, Buckner will battle the Bears.
Ballers
You know Ballers, the good news is that we took this matchup by over 22 points. Even better news is that we've proven we're better than this... as a matter of fact, our team's scoring average through 14 weeks was 132.66. So while we're happy to have earned this victory, let's "regress" back up to where we know we can be!
Big Show
Welp, we can't really complain about a lack of opportunities this week, can we? Our pass-catching corps (three WR, one TE) were targeted a whopping 21 times in Week 15. With just 10 total receptions, this group may need to work on chemistry with their QBs.
