Hrustin Cowboys fall to Ravens in 111.64-74.04 rout
There's no way around it, Hrustin Cowboys didn't do their job, at least based on projections, as Ravens rolled to a 111.64-74.04 win. It didn't take long to figure out who would be the frontrunner in this matchup, as Ravens took a 37.84-point lead on Thursday behind a combined 34.74 points from Drew Brees (171 Pass Yds, 4 Pass TDs) and Calvin Ridley (8 Rec, 93 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD). Corey Davis (39 Rush Yds, 96 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Dalvin Cook (29 Rush Yds, 47 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) carried the flag for Hrustin Cowboys in the loss. This marks the second time this season Ravens have gotten the best of Hrustin Cowboys, after winning 129.06-60.44 in their last matchup. Ravens (6-6) will look to maintain their momentum against Trut Miners, while Hrustin Cowboys (5-7) meet Aussig Ravens in an effort to get some positive momentum.
Ridley scored 13.3 points against the Saints in Week 12 to nearly double his 7-point projection. He caught 8 passes for 93 yards and a touchdown to beat his projection by the highest percentage of any player on Ravens this week. Next week, Ridley will face the Ravens.
Thursday
Drew Brees had a 28-yard touchdown pass and a 25-yard touchdown pass for Ravens, while Calvin Ridley had a 50-yard catch to contribute to a 37.84-0.00 lead for Ravens.
Sunday Night
Dalvin Cook had a 26-yard touchdown catch for Hrustin Cowboys, who trailed 111.64-45.54 after Sunday night.
Monday
Corey Davis had a 48-yard touchdown catch for Hrustin Cowboys.
Ravens
Nice job overcoming that six-game losing streak, Ravens! Every fantasy GM is sure to be faced with adversity at some point or another... keep on truckin' and good things will continue to happen.
Hrustin Cowboys
There's a possibility that Hrustin Cowboys would be a better talent scout in real football than in fantasy. Accumulating only 13 total targets this past week, their four starting pass-catchers (three WR, one TE) apparently helped their teams' causes by running decoy routes and blocking downfield.
