I logged into Leaguesafe and saw that they resolved the issue. All payouts are now allocated, so everyone should receive an email, requesting a league vote to confirm the amounts.

I am still getting a message that I cannot allocate the funds until December 2016, and I am waiting for a response from Leaguesafe to get this resolved. I will keep you all posted, but this should be resolved pretty quickly. Congrats Underestimated on the great win this year!!!
