Since we have next years draft on this line I have decided that teams eliminated from the playoffs will still be able to add/drop players but will not be able to trade.

Eric, Herr and Joe are now locked from trades and add/drops since they can no longer make the playoffs. However they will still be able to adjust their rosters with who they have on their team at this moment. Still continue to play as next years draft is based on how you preform this year.
