Teams which did not make the playoffs have been locked from trading, adding and dropping players. Remember we will all be able to secure 1 player to keep at the draft next year. I'll work out the details early summer 2015. I'm going to go ahead and say that and player acquired during the fantasy playoffs will not be eligible for keeping due to most of the league being locked.

Sounds like there is some confusion about the way waivers are setup. As far as I remember, nothing changed there so it would remain the same as the year prior. After our discussion, I updated the point change stuff here and any additional info here: http://www.ryananthonyrichardson.com/exfl/. Outside of point changes, it seems we only added the keepers for next year. If something looked weird (meaning I missed something which is entirely possible), it should have been mentioned in August... not October.
