Picking late (seventh overall), Ihenachos Deluxe did what they could with what they were given. While this team isn't a juggernaut by any means, it's a team capable of reaching the playoffs if the chips fall their way. They are expected to finish fourth in Hiawatha Elite with a record of 8-5-0 (1,160 points). They didn't target any one position early, selecting QB Tom Brady (42nd overall), RB Marshawn Lynch (7th), WR Julio Jones (31st), and TE Greg Olsen (55th) within the first five rounds. They have the bottom QB duo in the league, as they added Brady and Johnny Manziel to their squad.

Ihenachos Deluxe should do pretty much anything other than watch football during Week 4. They have five players and the most projected fantasy points on bye that week. Looking at the season as a whole, they have a more-difficult-than-average schedule. Along with the fifth-most grueling overall schedule, both the first four games and last four games of the season are pretty average for Ihenachos Deluxe.

Draft Notes

  • Carrying the Load

Ihenachos Deluxe has four above-average positions with RB and TE projected to lead the way.

  • No Back-Up No Cry

Ignoring roster depth, Ihenachos Deluxe chose only one player at three different positions (TE, DEF, and K).

  • A Low Floor, but a High Ceiling?

Ihenachos Deluxe grabbed a sleeper in Johnny Manziel with pick No. 162.

  • The Bargain Whisperer

Ihenachos Deluxe was hunting for steals throughout the draft, snapping up a trio of bargains in the first 9 rounds (Wes Welker, Stephen Gostkowski, and Julio Jones).

  • Basic Math is Optional

Michael Vick once claimed "I have two weapons; my arms, my legs and my brain.” With 414 projected rushing yards, Johnny Manziel can channel his inner Vick to help Ihenachos Deluxe this year.

  • Mr. Mendoza

Doug Baldwin is owned in only 7% of all Yahoo! leagues. Let's hope that a.) Ihenachos Deluxe has some solid inside information, or b.) he's a close friend of the family.

Player Analysis

    • Marshawn Lynch, RB
    • Round 1, Pick 7
Feel the Rhythm, Feel the Rhyme

Get on up, it's Marshawn Lynch time! He's predicted to run cool this season with 204 projected points.

    • Le'Veon Bell, RB
    • Round 2, Pick 18
    Traditionalist

Ihenachos Deluxe stuck to the tried-and-true fantasy strategy of going RB-RB to start the draft, nabbing Marshawn Lynch and Le'Veon Bell right off the bat.

    • Julio Jones, WR
    • Round 3, Pick 31
    Haters Gonna Hate

The rest of Hiawatha Elite League overlooked a gem, and Ihenachos Deluxe made the swaggiest pick of the round by grabbing Julio Jones.

    • Tom Brady, QB
    • Round 4, Pick 42
    A Super Duper Signal-Caller

Tom Brady is projected to rack up 301 points this year, enough to rank seventh among all QBs.

    • Greg Olsen, TE
    • Round 5, Pick 55
A Tight End with Some Wheels

Greg Olsen isn't just a threat in the red zone. With a projection of 842 yards through the air, he ranks fifth in the NFL among TEs in receiving yards.

Best Available

Ihenachos Deluxe has a couple positions they may look to upgrade (QB and WR), but QB is the area they'll want to focus their attention first.

How We Grade

Draft grades are based strictly on teams' draft performances. This is calculated by counting the number of fantasy points teams are projected to score over the course of the season using their optimal line-ups. The grades do not take schedule into account. Because of bye weeks and other variables it is possible to earn a high grade yet be projected to finish in the middle of the pack. The opposite is also true. Bottom line: Fantasy Football is like the real game. You can draft the greatest talent in the world but you still need to manage your team every week to get the most out of that talent. As a wise man once said, "On any given Sunday..."
