The Playoffs are set. Aaron and lil' One are the #1 and 2 seeds, and win the bye week. Next are: Randy, Bert, Sam, Preston who play this weekend in Round 1.

What? Randy's Hit Squad is still Seed #3, but Sea Ducks are now Seed #1 thanks to his win over Randy's Hit Squad. Now, the top seeds are #1 Sea Ducks and #2 Aaron's Pirates. Another victory of note was Diddy's 135-130 victory over the Pirates which knocked the Pirates down to seed #2.

Randy's Hit Squad is still Seed #3, but Aaron's Pirates are now Seed #1 thanks to a hard-fought victory over Bert's Bandits. Now, the top seeds are #1 Aaron's Pirates and #2 Sam's Sea Ducks.. A victory of note was Tim's Cowboys' 150-133 victory over the Sea Ducks which has the Cowboys valiantly holding down the fort at #4.

Randy's Hit Squad fell to Seed #3 this week thanks to a grave loss to Dwayne's Martians. Now, the top seeds are #1 Sam's Sea Ducks and #2 Aaron's Pirates. Another victory of note was Dominique's Dirty Dawgs' 101-point victory over Kiana's Angels. Very good victory's for Dominique and Dwayne.

Remember that 6 teams make the playoffs. At the halfway point in the season, Randy's Hit Squad holds the #1 seed. The #1 and #2 seeds win a bye week in the playoffs. In an interesting battle of note in the Crescent City Division, Aaron's Pirates and Vaughn's Cowboy Chips hold seeds #3 and #5. Tied at 5-2 each, ties are broken by looking at total points for the year. Plus, also note that this week's biggest margin of victory was won by Aida's Wildcats.

I had a great time at our draft. Local teams who met in person for the draft enjoyed very fabulous food & spirits. I think that I got on people's nerves as usual; but I had a grand, ol' time :). OKAY, teams, study your first opponent well because I know that I am coming out of the gates fired up.

I have set the order of our draft, and set the date/time: tomorrow, Sun/Aug11 at 6pm(Central time). The 1st 4 picks belong to Diddy, Sea Ducks, Cowboy Chip and Dirty Dawgs. See DRAFT CENTRAL for the compete order. I used a deck of cards with three teams present to draw the draft order.

Using a deck of cards, I will set our draft order tonight (Friday 8/9/13) or Saturday morning. I will make sure to have several witnesses available in order to ease any doubts. Thank you, again! Plus, I will set our draft time for either Saturday (8/10/13) or Sunday once I figure out everyone's preferences.
