Welcome back everyone!
First, I am going to pretend that the season is still going to happen for two reasons, because I think they will have a new CBA soon, and also so that we do not have to rush around later to get teams ready when they do settle the CBA. Now if you don't know any of the things I just said, then you have been living under a rock, and I thank you for the free money you give to this league.
I need vote from our team owners on a few things this year.
First, when to have draft. The days I am thinking is July 31st or August 7th. The times of drafts can be flexible as always, but let me know what days are best for you. I you do not make post I will assume either days is good for you.
I would like to change the prize money a little. Don't worry!! No increase in price to enter league, just moving prize money around and making new prizes.
Current Prize Money....... 1st $30, 2nd $20, 3rd $10
My Idea...1st $20, 2nd $10, 3rd $5......then adding new prizes... the person who loses champion ship $10 this gives them at least something.......and also to give new meaning to meaningless games....the two losers in playoff bracket, the winner of week 16 between the two gets $10....Also the winner of the consolation bracket gets $5.... I think all of this will make things more interesting for everybody even if you have a bad year that you can still win something. If everybody agrees that this is a good idea, we will start it this year. If you have a different idea post that as well.
I will be posting rosters by the end of the weekend, but you have to post your rosters by July 18th 12:01am or I will guess what you want and post them for you. I hope you do it or trust me to.
