This is the second year in a row that the last 2 drafters went to the final game.
I will need to have everyones keeper selection by the Tuesday after the Super Bowl. Remember that you will lose the draft pick of the round your keeper was selected in for next years draft up to a 10th round pick. If you had a player you drafted go onto the IR then you are still entitled to keep that player.You will not know who everyone else is officially keeping. After you submit your keeper it can only be changed by paying $25. This money will roll into next years prize pool. This way you will at least have the option to change your keeper if he is injured or traded to/signs with a shitty team.
You can trade draft picks but they have to be for the same amount of picks. In other words you can't trade two picks for one. Remember that we will be keeping 3 players next year. Plan your draft for it.
So far we have one person dropping out for next year. Please let me know as soon as possible if you do not plan to play again so I can find replacements. If we have another drop out I will not seek other players and will run with 12 next year. If everyone else returns I will have a replacement and they will take over Todd's roster moving forward.
If there are any proposed rule changes let me know. We will submitt to a vote.
So far requested changes are raising entrance fee to $100 and another request for $75.
Also there have been at least 5 people ask to change the way the payouts are done. The most common proposal has been to eliminate 3rd place and go back to how payouts were last year. First place overall gets money back and runner up gets money back. The rest goes to winner.

Players on the IR belong to their original team. Next year there will be IR slots for the injured.

I have pretty good internet at my place but it is not ideal for a draft. It will work as a last resort tho. We have time to work out all the details so chime in with any ideas you might have. For the new guys make sure yo check out the rules and pos players. We start both a team De plus 4 individual De players.

I need some input to se if you guys want to go to 14 teams. There has been a few people asking about it so let me know. It's just more money in the bank for the winner. Once this whole CBA is resolved we will establish a draft order so you can prepare for the draft. I would like to do the draft about 1 or 2 weeks before the season starts. We will see what works best for everyone as the time approaches. I don't think the club will work this year being we will have to skype with Paul and Bill for the draft.
