    • Nick Toon sees six targets in Week 16 loss
Nick Toon caught 3-of-6 targets for 44 yards Week 16 against the Falcons.

Advice: Toon has seen his snap count grow over the last several weeks and was once again a big part of the Saints' offense. Brees took a deep shot to Toon in the second half, but he was unable to haul it in. The Saints will close out their season against Tampa Bay next week. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Colston found some success after Falcons SCB Josh Wilson left with a hamstring injury, making four of his catches with the Saints' in comeback mode in the fourth quarter. • Lamar Miller goes off: 150 total yards & TD
Lamar Miller rushed 19 times for 92 yards and a touchdown and caught five balls for 58 yards in the Dolphins' Week 16 win over the Vikings.

Advice: Miller was very active in the receiving game early, amassing four receptions for 52 yards in the first half alone. He did get tripped up from behind on a 12-yard second-quarter screen pass that nearly went for a touchdown. Miller was Miami's entire offense in the first half, amassing 104 total yards in the initial two quarters. Miller put the bow on his blowup game with a one-yard touchdown run early in the fourth. Miller has shown the ability to be a quality feature back this season, following a disappointing 2013. The Dolphins will finish their season against the Jets in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

Travis Kelce caught 4-of-7 targets for 31 yards in the Chiefs' Week 16 loss to the Steelers.

Advice: It was a disappointing day for Kelce, who also committed a personal foul. Kelce has proven to be a true weapon in his first healthy NFL season, but coach Andy Reid only occasionally decides to feature him in the passing game. Nevertheless, he's a dynamite option in dynasty leagues. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He added a 27-yard gain on a rushing attempt. The Vikings' No. 3 receiver behind Charles Johnson and Greg Jennings, Wright caught an early 20-yard reception to help set up Matt Asiata's one-yard touchdown plunge. Wright got a touchdown of his own in the fourth quarter on an eight-yard completion. The Vikings close out the season against the Bears in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

    • Tannehill throws 4 TDs as Dolphins beat Vikes
Ryan Tannehill completed 35-of-47 passes for 396 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception in the Dolphins' Week 16 win over the Vikings.

Advice: Tannehill was lucky to have an early would-be pick dropped by Vikings FS Harrison Smith. Smith did pick Tannehill early in the second quarter. Tannehill bounced back to toss a 14-yard touchdown pass to Dion Sims later in the frame. The Dolphins emphasized a quick-hitting passing attack featuring tight ends Charles Clay and Sims, and running back Lamar Miller on screens. Tannehill's second TD was good to Mike Wallace from 16 yards out, and he threw Nos. 3 and 4 to Wallace (7 yards) and RB Damien Williams (3 yards), respectively. It was an excellent rebound from Tannehill after an ugly three-game stretch following Miami's loss to Denver. The Dolphins will close out their season against the Jets in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Martin continued to get the majority of early down work, with Charles Sims playing in pass situations. He wasn't able to build off last week's game against the Panthers. Jamaal Charles rushed nine times for 29 yards in the Chiefs' Week 16 loss to the Steelers, adding five receptions for 48 additional yards.

Advice: Charles also lost a fumble. With everything on the line for his team, coach Andy Reid gave Charles just 14 touches in a game where Alex Smith chucked up 45 passes. It was another extremely disappointing game plan as the Chiefs lost for the fourth time in five games. Charles' fumble was a dubious call, as replay appeared to show his knee touching down before the ball came out. Charles and the Chiefs will square off with the Chargers in Week 17, where they'll need a victory to have any shot at the postseason. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Nelson couldn't get anything going downfield with Aaron Rodgers, with most of his yards coming on underneath routes. His touchdown came on a one-yard slant late in the fourth quarter. Advice: Bennett was targeted just three times while Alshon Jeffery and Marquess Wilson combined for 25. Joe Flacco completed just 21-of-50 passes for 195 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions in the Ravens' 25-13, Week 16 loss to the Texans.

Advice: Flacco was brutal all afternoon, and now the 9-6 Ravens are behind the eight ball in the AFC playoff picture. They're currently the first team out behind the No. 6-seed Chargers. All three of Flacco's interceptions came in Ravens territory, setting the Texans up for easy points. He was picked off on back-to-back passes in the first half and missed open receivers ad nauseam. It didn't help that Flacco couldn't step into his passes because of the havoc J.J. Watt and Jared Crick were wreaking on Baltimore's offensive line. It led to arguably Flacco's worst game of his career. The Ravens have to beat the Browns at home in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Jeffery caught a severe case of the dropsies and ended up with an absurd five of them. On the last one, he was grasping his head in disbelief before the ball even hit the ground. Jeffery still had a nice fantasy day, getting targeted on lots of wide receiver screens and hauling in a 20-yard scoring pass from a cool and collected Jimmy Clausen in the third quarter. Advice: With Jimmy Clausen settling this Bears offense down, Forte finally got the opportunities he deserved. And he was effective, especially considering he was facing the league's No. 2 defense. Forte's touchdown came at the end of the first half on a pretty, lofted throw that led him into the end zone. Jonathan Stewart rushed 24 times for 122 yards and caught two passes for seven yards with a touchdown in the Panthers' Week 16 win over the Browns.

Advice: Stewart was limited to three yards on his initial three carries before breaking an eight-yarder on his fourth. His sixth carry went for 17 on a zone-read run. Stewart was the focal point of Carolina's offense in this game, but did have a two-yard touchdown "vultured" by Cam Newton in the second quarter. Stewart came back to hit pay dirt on a nine-yard reception in the fourth quarter. Regardless of DeAngelo Williams' (hand) health, Stewart should remain a good bet for production in Carolina's NFC South title bout with Atlanta in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

Matt Ryan completed 30-of-40 passes for 322 yards and a touchdown in the Falcons' Week 16 win over the Saints.

Advice: The story of the game was pressure. The Saints defense rarely put Ryan under pressure, recording zero sacks and only hitting the quarterback twice all game. With nothing but time, Ryan was able to surgically pick apart the Saints' secondary, spreading the ball between 10 different pass catchers. Ryan has now thrown for 300 yards four straight weeks. With the division locked up and a first-round bye a pipe dream, there is no reason to risk Hilton against Dallas. Donte Moncrief is a high-upside play against the Cowboys burnable defense. Advice: Hillman is "close" to returning, but the Broncos won't rush him back after doing so with Montee Ball (groin) and ultimately losing him for the season. "I'm better than I was," Hillman said. "Getting better. Progressing. I'm just waiting for them to say, 'You're up this week.' Whenever that happens, it happens. Playoffs, next week, I don't know." • Report: T.Y. Hilton 'longshot' to play Sunday
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) will try to play Week 16 against the Cowboys but is a "longshot."

Advice: Look for Hilton to test out his gimpy hammy in warmups, but we're not expecting Hilton to suit up for the 4:25 ET kickoff -- especially with the Colts having little to play for. Owners need to have other plans in place. "If he's not 100 percent, can't open it up and be TY, then there's no sense putting him out there," coach Chuck Pagano said. If Hilton ultimately doesn't play, Donte Moncrief will see an expanded role in two- and three-wide sets next to Reggie Wayne and Hakeem Nicks. Moncrief is the preferred plug-n-play as he has the freshest legs and has out-snapped Nicks badly the last few weeks. Rotoworld.com

Lamar Miller's yards per carry average drops dramatically after his tenth carry of a game.

Advice: According to the Miami Herald's Barry Jackson, Miller has averaged 5.4 yards per carry on his first 10 carries of a game this season, but is averaging only 2.5 yards per carry from his 11th carry on. The stunning drop-off in effectiveness could help explain why Miller is averaging 12.7 carries a game this season despite being clearly the best runner on Miami's roster. ESPN Colts reporter Mike Wells believes "it would be surprising" if T.Y. Hilton (questionable, hamstring) played Sunday at Dallas.

Advice: The Colts have already locked up the AFC South. From a postseason standpoint, the only reason they'd want to ensure a win in Sunday's game would be to avoid the No. 4 seed, which could end up as trip to New England in the Divisional Round. The Colts have very little to gain by pushing Hilton to play against the Cowboys, and much more to gain if he's 100 percent for the playoffs. Fred Jackson has been handling the vast majority of the work in the Buffalo backfield of late. Jamaal Charles (knee, ankle) was upgraded to "full" on Thursday.

Advice: Charles is banged up, but he's proven effective at playing through minor injuries. He's locked in as a top-three RB1 against the Steelers' soft defense. Coach Andy Reid often loses the plot, but we expect him to feed Charles in a game the Chiefs have to win. Rotoworld.com

T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) was held out of Colts practice Thursday.

Advice: It's a concern after the Colts said they tentatively expected Hilton back on the practice field Thursday. Given that they've already clinched the AFC South yet can't realistically earn a first-round bye, it's possible they'll exercise caution with their stud No. 1 wideout. If Hilton does sit against Dallas, Donte Moncrief and even Hakeem Nicks would be worth a look as streamers. Reggie Wayne (triceps) could be on a snap count. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He was officially limited. Douglas has routinely been sitting out Wednesdays this season. Travis Kelce has played on 80.4 percent of the snaps the last two weeks.

Advice: Kelce's usage has quietly spiked recently even though Anthony Fasano has been healthy. Kelce ran a season-high 46 routes in Week 14 and backed that up by running 30 in Week 15 -- his third-highest mark of the season. Over the last month, Kelce is fantasy's No. 4 tight end and faces a Steelers defense burnable in every facet this week. He's clearly in play as a TE1 for both season-long and daily players. C.J. Spiller (broken collarbone) took his pads off halfway through Wednesday's practice.

Advice: "Yeah, I was just getting used to" wearing them "again," Spiller said. "It's been two months since I've had them on so I just wanted to see what it felt like to put them back." The Broncos hope to have Ronnie Hillman (foot) back "if not this week at Cincinnati then in the season finale."

Advice: The Broncos could put Hillman to use as a complement to C.J. Anderson, who's averaged an unruly 27.25 carries per game over the past month. Shifty and quick, Hillman would make more sense as a true change-of-pace than Juwan Thompson, who is a big back like Anderson. Even if Hillman plays Monday night at Cincinnati, it would be a surprise if he handled more than 7-9 touches. Rotoworld.com

Nick Toon caught four passes for 43 yards in the Saints' Week 15 win over the Bears.

Advice: He reeled in all four of his targets for the second consecutive week. Toon has been chipping into Marques Colston's snaps. The Saints like to rotate their receivers, and Toon has taken over as the No. 3. It's still not enough to make him an option for 2014. But Toon could make Colston expendable in the offseason. Advice: Colston tied for the team lead with seven targets. His nine-yard touchdown was a simple seam route against Bears SCB Demontre Hurst. Colston boxed out the smaller Hurst with ease. He'll likely see plenty of Falcons scrub CBs Robert McClain and Josh Wilson in Week 16. Colston will be on the WR3 map. Rotoworld.com

Advice: He was targeted a team-high nine times on a night Jay Cutler completed only 15 passes. Two of Jeffery's grabs, 42 of his yards, and a garbage-time seven-yard touchdown came on the final drive in a 31-15 whooping. Jeffery was locked in Keenan Lewis' shadow coverage for much of the night, but was assigned CB Brandon Dixon on the touchdown. Advice: The PT Cruiser has always seemed to have good games against the Bears, and it was no different n Monday night. On his first touch of the game, Thomas caught a simple screen pass and ripped off 39 yards. The Saints killed the Bears defense with screens the entire first half. Thomas isn't much of a threat as a runner, which leaves him as a hit-or-miss RB3, but he gets a good matchup in Week 16 against Atlanta. Thomas totaled 89 yards on 13 touches against the Falcons in Week 1. Rotoworld.com

Matt Forte rushed for 78 yards on 16 carries in the Bears' Week 15 loss to the Saints.

Advice: He added two catches for 21 yards. Forte was easily the Bears' best player on Monday night, but coach Marc Trestman didn't give it to him enough, even with Jay Cutler playing horrifyingly bad at quarterback. Forte had no problems picking up handfuls of yards any time he touched the ball. Life won't be easy for Forte in Week 16 against the Lions. Bills activated RB C.J. Spiller (broken collarbone) from injured reserve/designated to return.

Advice: According to coach Doug Marrone, Spiller's "readiness" for Week 16 will be gauged in practice. The Bills' running game really hasn't missed a beat in Spiller's absence, so it's unlikely Marrone will force him back into the lineup if he doesn't believe he's ready. Advice: Charles admitted his knee and ankle bothered him slightly during the game, but nothing that he couldn't play very effectively through. He seemed most frustrated by the coaches yanking him after a big collision near the goal-line. Knile Davis scored on the very next play. "I wanted to play the game. Advice: Even with Keenan Allen (ankle) sidelined for the majority of the game, Royal saw just four targets and had little chance to get loose anyway. His biggest impact came on a 58-yard punt return that saw him get tripped up by the punter at the last second. Royal would be a weak WR4 at San Fran next week even if Keenan sits. Rotoworld.com

Doug Martin rushed 14 times for 96 yards and caught a three-yard pass in the Bucs' Week 15 loss to the Panthers.

Advice: On the Buccaneers' first run play of the game, Martin busted a 64-yarder up the middle, Tampa Bay's longest run of the season. Unfortunately, Martin managed 30 yards on his final 13 carries. The Bucs' running game was ultimately ineffective against Carolina. Martin also "lost" ten touches to RBBC partner Charles Sims. Advice: Stewart lost a fumble in scoring position in the third quarter, making this a mediocre fantasy performance when it could've been an excellent one. Stewart again fumbled in the fourth quarter, but thankfully recovered it. Stewart deserves to keep the Panthers' feature back job for Week 16 against the Browns, but we can't guarantee it. Advice: Kelce was targeted twice on the first drive of the game and was involved in the passing game throughout. His score came on a 20-yard catch in the third quarter. Kelce caught a quick slant at around the 15-yard line and then ran through four Raiders' defenders into the end zone. Kelce has all the makings of a fantasy superstar, but he is somewhat limited by the Chiefs' offense. He will still be a low-end TE1 Week 15 against the Steelers. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Miller was heavily involved early, but got the rock just four times after halftime as the Dolphins struggled to keep the game close. Miller is now averaging just 15.8 touches over his past five games, a timeframe in which the Dolphins have gone 2-3. He'll be a mid-range RB2 for the fantasy finals against the Vikings. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Nelson got wide open on a double move late in the third quarter and would have had a 94-yard touchdown, but flat dropped it. Ryan Tannehill completed 29-of-47 passes for 346 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Miami's 41-13, Week 15 loss to the Patriots.

Advice: Tannehill added three rushes for 21 yards. You could argue Tannehill deserved a better fate, as Brian Hartline lost an early deep bomb in the sun, and reserve RB Damien Williams flat-out dropped a 35-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Tannehill's first pick was an absolute lollipop, however, while his second was an aimless bullet that ricocheted off a helmet. Tannehill couldn't make plays in the game's decisive third quarter, where New England turned a 14-13 halftime lead into a 38-13 laugher. Advice: Ryan's day got off to a slow start without Julio Jones (hip), as Ryan tossed a pick-six to William Gay. But he later settled in and almost brought the Falcons back. Ryan found Devin Hester for a 17-yard touchdown in the second quarter before hooking up with Roddy White for a four-yard score over the middle midway through the fourth quarter. Ryan's favorite target, though, was Julio's replacement. Harry Douglas drew a team-high 14 targets, catching 10 of them for 131 yards. Advice: Flacco's biggest play may have been a 10-yard scramble deep in the fourth quarter that sealed the win and kept the Ravens' playoff hopes healthy and alive at 9-5. On his touchdown pass, Flacco found Owen Daniels from three yards out in the third quarter. It came one play after the two hooked up for a 25-yard gain. Flacco and the Ravens head to Houston in Week 16. Ravens OC Gary Kubiak has some extra incentive to put up points after he was fired by the Texans as their head coach following last season. Harry Douglas caught 10 passes for 131 yards in the Falcons' 27-20, Week 15 loss to the Steelers.

Advice: Drawing the start in place of an injured Julio Jones (hip) opposite a banged up Roddy White, Douglas was targeted a game-high 14 times. His longest gain went fro 41 yards on a screen pass to the left that set the Falcons up inside the 10-yard line. White eventually scored from four yards out a couple plays later. Douglas has shown time and again that he's a quality option if either Jones or White doesn't play. Harry Douglas (foot) remained limited on Thursday.

Advice: Douglas will be good to go against the Steelers. How good of a fantasy play he is will depend on the status of Julio Jones (hip). Douglas will be a top-45 option if Jones can't go. Rotoworld.com

    • Ronnie Hillman (foot) resumes practicing
Ronnie Hillman (foot) has resumed practicing.

Advice: Hillman got in limited sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. It's unclear if he'll be ready for Sunday's game against the Chargers, but a Week 16 return is more likely. Hillman is zero threat to C.J. Anderson's No. 1 status, and may even slide in behind Juwan Thompson on the depth chart. He's off the radar in 12-14 team re-draft leagues. Rotoworld.com
