  • Trent Richardson (illness) listed probable
Trent Richardson (illness) is listed as probable for Week 12.

Advice: Richardson practiced in full Friday for the second straight day. The Colts plan to get him more work on third downs with Ahmad Bradshaw out for the year. Richardson is a high-end RB2 against a Jacksonville defense that allows the seventh most fantasy points to running backs. Rotoworld.com

  • Lamar Miller (knee, shoulder) is questionable
Lamar Miller is now fighting a knee injury in addition to the shoulder issue he's been battling.

Advice: Miller suffered a shoulder sprain back in Week 9, but got over it reasonably quickly and earned a "probable" tag ahead of Week 11. That appears to be on the back burner now as a mid-week knee injury is what has him listed "questionable." The good news is Miller got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday, and stated he expects to play. The bad news is that Sunday's game at Denver is a 4:25pm ET start and the backup situation is murky. In Week 11, Daniel Thomas played 25 snaps and got five touches (all rushes). More talented Damien Williams played nine snaps and got two touches (all catches). Rotoworld.com

According to the Denver Post, "all signs point toward" Emmanuel Sanders playing Sunday versus Miami.

Advice: He's officially listed as probable. Sanders returned to practice Friday and has cleared all of the necessary hurdles the NFL has designed for players coming off concussions. Cody Latimer and Andre Caldwell can be safely dropped if they were added as speculative stashes in fantasy leagues. It would leave Coby Fleener as a very interesting TE1 plug-n-play as the Jags give up the 11th-most fantasy points to tight ends. The Indy Star says the "burden" of the running game is now going to fall on Trent Richardson.

Advice: It's a scary thought for the Colts in the wake of Ahmad Bradshaw's fracture. Richardson has been among the least effective backs in the NFL over the last two seasons, averaging 3.12 YPC with five rushing touchdowns in 23 games as a Colt. The difference between T-Rich and Bradshaw was night and day. Already getting 15.2 touches per game, it's now conceivable that Richardson will get up around 20 going forward -- especially in clock-killing situations like the one we'll likely see in Week 12 when the Colts host the Jags. • Giovani Bernard expected to play in Week 12
The Bengals' website expects Giovani Bernard (hip, collarbone) to return for Week 12 against the Texans.

Advice: Per beat writer Geoff Hobson, Bernard is "expected back this week after missing the last three games." Hobson expects the Bengals' backfield to be "flexed for the stretch," with Jeremy Hill taking on a more significant role than the one he played behind Gio early this season. The Bengals' offense has functioned at its maximum on the back of a power running game. Hill is Cincinnati's best power back. Bernard may return to a Shane Vereen-type role. Rotoworld.com

Anthony Fasano (knee) returned to practice on Monday.

Advice: Barring a setback ahead of Thursday night's clash with the Raiders, this puts Fasano on track to return in Week 12. Travis Kelce figures to go back to playing 55-60 percent of Kansas City's offensive snaps, although that isn't a lock. Kelce will remain in the lower-end TE1 conversation against the Raiders. A blocker and possession tight end, Fasano hasn't been a fantasy factor all year. Rotoworld.com

  • Report: Dwayne Allen has a high ankle sprain
The Colts believe Dwayne Allen suffered a high ankle sprain in Sunday night's loss to the Patriots.

Advice: High ankle sprains can vary in severity from the kind that only cost Jamaal Charles one game earlier this year to the kind that can sideline a player for a month or more. So we'll have to wait for further testing results before getting a timetable on Allen. But it's certainly not a good injury for a supremely talented player whose career was already stunted by a severe hip injury in 2013. With Allen sidelined for the majority of Sunday night's game, Coby Fleener put 7-144-0 on the Patriots. Rotoworld.com

Trent Richardson rushed seven times for zero yards in Sunday night's loss to the Patriots, adding one catch for 21 yards.

Advice: It was a disastrous night for the Colts running game. Ahmad Bradshaw was also limited to just seven carries, and exited in the fourth quarter with a leg injury. Richardson has a chance to see an expanded workload if Bradshaw misses time. He would be a high-floor RB2. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Allen went down in the second quarter and had to eventually be carted off. He's out for the rest of the game. Allen was held without a catch before exiting and didn't have any targets. • Joique Bell totals 115 yards versus Cardinals
Joique Bell rushed 14 times for 85 yards in Detroit's Week 11 loss to the Cardinals, adding three catches for 30 additional yards.

Advice: Facing one of his toughest opponents of the season, Bell had arguably his best game. Bell refused to go down, shedding tackles and extending runs with excellent balance. He's now averaging 5.37 yards per carry over his past two games after limping into Week 10 with a 3.19 YPC. For the year, his mark is now up to 3.62. That's still nowhere near where Bell needs to be, but it appears the worst is behind him. He'll be a mid-range RB2 against the Patriots' mid-range run defense in Week 12. Rotoworld.com

Emmanuel Sanders is in the NFL's concussion protocol.

The good news is he was alert in the locker room postgame. Sanders will have to become symptom-free and then pass a series of tests before gaining clearance to play. Emmanuel Sanders exited Week 11 against the Rams in the third quarter with a concussion and is done for the day.

Advice: Sanders had his world rocked by Rodney McLeod down the right sideline. McLeod was flagged for unnecessary roughness, but it looked like a good hit to us. McLeod lowered his shoulder into Sanders' shoulder, crumpling the 180-pound receiver like he was in a car crash. He walked off under his own power, but may not be back. Advice: The roadblock to Travis Kelce's eruption has (hopefully) been cleared. Fasano's absence should turn Kelce into an every-down player against a Seahawks defense that has been susceptible at times to pass-catching tight ends. The Chiefs are also playing without Donnie Avery and AJ Jenkins, leaving Frankie Hammond to start opposite Dwayne Bowe. Kelce is a strong TE1 play. Rotoworld.com

Lamar Miller rushed 15 times for 86 yards in Miami's Week 11 win over the Bills, adding two catches for an additional 12 yards.

Advice: What a difference four days makes. Battling through a sprained AC joint, Miller looked infinitely healthier than he did in Sunday's loss to the Lions, lowering his shoulder on his first run of the game. He ceded seven touches to backups Damien Williams and Daniel Thomas, but this was not a committee like it was in Week 10.
