  • Joseph Randle a non-factor in Week 12
Joseph Randle was held without a carry in Week 12.

Advice: Randle wasn't targeted in the pass game, and didn't get any touches behind DeMarco Murray. Lance Dunbar played more snaps this week and had a 26-yard catch in the second quarter. Randle remains just a handcuff for Murray owners. Rotoworld.com

  • Larry Donnell disappoints against Cowboys
Larry Donnell caught two passes for 24 yards in Sunday night's Week 12 loss to the Cowboys.

Advice: He was targeted just four times. Donnell lost a goal-line touchdown to backup TE Adrien Robinson in the fourth quarter. It's a disappointing game against a Cowboys defense that's struggled to cover tight ends. Donnell will remain a low-end TE1 against Jacksonville in Week 13. Rotoworld.com

Jason Witten caught 4-of-6 targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Sunday night's Week 12 win over the Giants.

Advice: Witten scored on a shovel pass in second quarter. He's had a bigger role in the offense in favor of Terrance Williams, with two touchdowns over his last three games. Witten will be a mid-range TE1 in Week 13 against the Eagles Rotoworld.com

Terrance Williams was held to one catch for 18 yards in Week 12.

Advice: After scoring six touchdowns through the first seven games, Williams has been limited to just 37 yards over the last three weeks. He continues to lose targets to Jason Witten and Cole Beasley on underneath routes. Williams will be a touchdown-dependent WR3 against the Eagles on Thursday. Rotoworld.com

Advice: With Eli Manning locked on to Odell Beckham, Randle was targeted just three times. He's behind both Beckham and Larry Donnell in the red-zone and hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 5. Randle isn't more than a low-end WR3 going forward. Rotoworld.com

  • Dez Bryant burns Giants for 7/86/2 line
Dez Bryant caught seven passes for 86 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday night's Week 12 win over the Giants.

Advice: The Giants held Bryant in check in the first half, shadowing him with Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie for most of the game. He was left wide open on a 31-yard catch and run for his first score, and caught the game-winning touchdown with just over a minute in the fourth quarter. Bryant is now up to a 63/879/10 line this season. He'll be a top-three option against the Eagles secondary on Thursday. Rotoworld.com

  • Rashad Jennings totals 120 yards in loss
Rashad Jennings rushed 19 times for 52 yards and caught eight passes for 68 yards in Sunday night's Week 12 loss to the Cowboys.

Advice: Jennings started, but lost carries to Andre Williams. He did most of his damage in the fourth quarter, including a 27-yard catch on a swing pass that set up the Giants' go-ahead touchdown. Jennings had a touchdown vultured by Williams and failed to convert on two goal-line chances. He was targeted 10 times and remains heavily involved in the pass game. Andre Williams had 10 carries for 35 yards and a touchdown in Sunday night's Week 12 loss to the Cowboys, adding one catch for 12 yards.

Advice: Williams had an expanded role this week, and vultured a touchdown from Rashad Jennings in the second quarter. He was the more effective back between the tackles, and could continue to see a bigger committee role. The Giants gave Williams goal-line work, but didn't use him in high-leverage situations. Williams is a must-own handcuff for Jennings owners. Rotoworld.com

  • DeMarco Murray held out of end-zone
DeMarco Murray rushed 24 times for 121 yards in the Cowboys' Week 12 win over the Giants on Sunday night.

Advice: He added two catches for 22 yards. It's a disappointing game for Murray's standard, as the Giants came into Sunday night as the worst-ranked run defense. Murray didn't make any impact runs, but consistently picked up yardage against stacked eight-man fronts. Murray hasn't shown any signs of wearing down coming off the Cowboys' bye. He'll remain a must-start against the Eagles on Thanksgiving. Rotoworld.com

  • ODB makes catch of the year on Sunday night
Odell Beckham had 10 catches for 146 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday night's Week 12 loss to Dallas.

Advice: Beckham made a highlight one-handed 43-yard touchdown over Cowboys CB Brandon Carr in the second quarter. He easily won one-on-one matchups, and was able to get open against double teams. Beckham was targeted a team-high 11 times, but briefly exited in the fourth quarter with a back injury. He's now posted 90-plus yards in four straight weeks and is averaging at least seven catches since entering the starting lineup. Beckham will be a top-ten receiver play in Week 13 and has a favorable rest-of-season schedule with games against Jacksonville, Tennessee, and Washington. Rotoworld.com

  • Eli's 3 TDs not enough, Giants lose to Dallas
Eli Manning completed 29-of-40 passes for 338 yards with three touchdowns and one interception in Sunday night's Week 12 loss to the Cowboys.

Advice: Manning played one of his better games coming off his five-interception performance against the 49ers. He had two first-half touchdowns to Odell Beckham, and later hit a wide-open Adrien Robinson at the goal-line. Manning's pick was a bad overthrew to Preston Parker in the red-zone that allowed Dallas back in the game. He now has a 5:7 TD/INT ratio over his last three starts. • Tony Romo throws 4 TDs in win over Giants
Tony Romo completed 18-of-26 passes for 275 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday night's Week 12 win over the Giants.

Advice: The Cowboys offense struggled to get going early, with Romo throwing three of his four touchdowns in the second half. He targeted Dez Bryant a team-high nine times, connecting with him on two of his scores. Romo looked fully healthy coming of the Cowboys' bye. He lost a fumble on a sack by Giants DE Mathias Kiwanuka, but hasn't thrown an interception in his last three games. Romo will be a high-end QB1 for next week's Thanksgiving matchup with the Eagles. Marquess Wilson caught 1-of-3 targets for 10 yards Week 12 against the Bucs.

  • Boom Herron out-gains T-Rich 96-42 in victory
Boom Herron rushed 12 times for 65 yards in the Colts' Week 12 win over the Jaguars, adding five catches for 31 yards.

Advice: Herron surprisingly drew the start over Trent Richardson in the Colts' first game without Ahmad Bradshaw (leg, I.R.), and ended up out-touching his backfield mate 17-13 and out-gaining him 96-42. Herron was clearly, and unsurprisingly, the far better player, showing considerably more burst and bounce to his step. The two backs alternated series evenly throughout the first half before Herron saw more action in the second half. Even after Herron lost a fumble in the red zone, the Colts didn't shy away from him. We'd prefer Herron to T-Rich at this point. He'll be on the RB2 map next week at home against the Redskins. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Trent Richardson had been dealing with an illness early in the week, but he got in a full practice on Thursday and Friday. • Report: Herron a name to watch at RB for Colts
ESPN's Adam Schefter said on Sunday NFL Countdown that Dan "Boom" Herron is a guy to watch "today and moving forward" in the Colts' backfield.

Advice: Herron was a preseson darling, rushing for 112 yards on 22 carries and catching 11 passes for 55 yards and one touchdown. He's a downhill, north-south runner. The Colts see the writing on the wall with Trent Richardson; he doesn't hit the hole hard and sometimes doesn't even see the gaping holes in the running game. Richardson will get the first carries Sunday against the Jaguars, but it may not be long before we see Herron. He's a worthy add for the stretch run. Rotoworld.com

The Giants don't plan to use Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie in shadow coverage on Dez Bryant.

Advice: DRC has been unable to play every defensive snap in recent weeks because of an IT band injury that is affecting his back, leg, and hamstring. Giants DC Perry Fewell mentions CB Chykie Brown, who was plucked off waivers from the Ravens, as a candidate to see extended snaps vs. Bryant on Sunday night. • Giants owner gives Manning vote of confidence
Giants owner John Mara recently gave Eli Manning a vote of confidence.

Advice: It's worth noting that Mara's comments came before Manning threw five picks in Sunday's loss to the 49ers. "We still think he's in his prime and still has a lot of good years left," Mara said optimistically. "It lifts the whole franchise when you have a quarterback who can play at that level." Fans and writers can often be far too quick to write off players, but Manning's TD:INT ratio is now 36:38 since the start of last season. He's posted a 6.9 YPA and 75.8 QB rating during the same timespan. Manning turns 34 in January, and 2015 is the final year of his contract. The Giants would be foolish not to at least consider a post-Manning future. Rotoworld.com

DeMarco Murray said he feels recharged as the Cowboys come out of their bye.

Advice: Murray has been able to sustain health despite averaging 28.0 touches per game through the first 10 weeks. The bye week certainly came at a good time for his body to heal up a bit and the Week 12 matchup is ideal. Murray and the Cowboys' dominant offensive line gets to face a Giants run defense that has been absolutely gashed by the run since MLB Jon Beason went down. Murray is the No. 1 RB play in fantasy this week. Rotoworld.com

Dan "Boom" Herron is the Colts' new No. 2 back.

Advice: Ahmad Bradshaw (foot/leg) is out indefinitely. Trent Richardson, already brutally ineffective in all facets of the game while getting 15.2 touches a day, is now the No. 1. Herron is not a special talent by any stretch, but the Colts are sure to grow as frustrated with Richardson as fantasy owners have over the past couple years. We wouldn't rule out Herron eventually getting 8-10 touches in the league's top-ranked offense, making him worth an add in deeper formats. Rotoworld.com

Rashad Jennings (knee) confirmed he escaped Sunday's return without setbacks.

Advice: Jennings said his knee feels "solid" after he handled the rock 22 times against San Francisco. Rashad Jennings said his knee was "all right" following Sunday's loss to the 49ers.

Advice: Jennings was a workhorse early and finished with 22 touches on a day there was no daylight to run to. However, late in the game with the Giants in a two-minute offense, Andre Williams was on the field. It's a situation Jennings thrives in, leading us to suspect his knee was acting up a bit. Advice: He managed gains of six and five yards. Wilson just came off of injured reserve-designated for return after fracturing his collarbone during the preseason. Larry Donnell caught three passes for 54 yards with a touchdowns in Sunday's Week 12 loss to the 49ers.

Advice: Donnell's touchdown was creative as he lined up in the fullback spot, Eli Manning play-faked to Rashad Jennings and then hit LD up the seam for a 19-yard touchdown. He almost had another touchdown late in the game as he was targeted on a crucial third-down goal-line fade that just barely fell incomplete. Advice: After a very quiet first half, Beckham came alive impressively. The highlight was a leaping jump-ball catch along the sideline for a 37-yard gain, but he also went over the middle fearlessly and turned corners around with his route-running ability. Over the last three weeks, Beckham is averaging 7.0 catches for 119.0 yards. It's not a fluke and he'll be a solid WR2 against the Cowboys in Week 12. Rotoworld.com

Rueben Randle caught seven passes for a career-high 112 yards in Sunday's Week 11 loss to the 49ers.

Advice: Just about all of Randle's catches came on the same play -- a deep "in" route that the 49ers defense simply couldn't cover. Of course, Randle was targeted on two of Eli Manning's five interceptions and had repeated miscommunications with his quarterback once again. He also left the game for a stretch in the second half due to cramping. We wouldn't go chasing Randle as anything more than a weak WR3 against the Cowboys in Week 12. Rotoworld.com

Rashad Jennings rushed 18 times for 59 yards and caught four passes for eight yards in Sunday's Week 11 loss to the 49ers.

Advice: As expected, Jennings was the no-doubt workhorse in his first game off an MCL sprain. He had nine touches at halftime compared to zero for Andre Williams. The sledding was really tough as the Giants offensive line got overwhelmed by Chris Borland and company, but Jennings looked to be running well. However, with the Giants in the two-minute drill late Andre Williams was on the field. It makes us fear there was some kind of aggravation for Jennings. Eli Manning completed 22-of-45 passes for 280 yards with one touchdown and five interceptions in Sunday's 16-10 Week 11 loss to the 49ers.

Advice: Bad Eli face was out in full effect, even against a depleted 49ers secondary. He once again had repeated miscommunications with Rueben Randle, looking like he was throwing the game on a couple of the picks. So after a five-game streak that saw Manning throw just one pick, we're back to square one heading into a Week 12 home game against the Cowboys. That's also what he said before Andre Brown came off injury last year and piled up 30 carries in his first game active.
