    • Drops weight over offseason
Jackson said Wednesday that he dropped weight over the offseason in an effort to be more agile in 2024, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Jackson was listed at 215 pounds last season and 225 during the 2022 season. Earlier this month, Jackson indicated he was closer to 205 pounds, but it's unclear if that's his intended playing weight. An even more elusive Jackson would be dangerous to opposing defenses, and adding Derrick Henry and getting Mark Andrews back to full health after his season was derailed by a broken ankle could make the Baltimore offense even more lethal in 2024. • Taking part in OTAs
Nwosu (pectoral) participated in OTAs Wednesday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Nwosu suffered a torn pec in Week 7 and missed the remainder of the season. He's already stated he expects to be a full participant for the start of training camp, and the veteran appears to be on track in his recovery. Nwosu tallied a career-best 9.5 sacks in 2022 and inked a three-year, $45 million extension last summer. He'll be counted on to help key Seattle's pass rush in his third season with the team in 2024. • Remains sidelined by injury
Baker (wrist) won't participate in OTAs this week, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Baker injured his right wrist in the Dolphins' Week 18 regular-season finale against the Bills and is still recovering after undergoing surgery. The 27-year-old linebacker inked a one-year deal with Seattle earlier in the offseason and will help replace the losses of Jordyn Brooks and Bobby Wagner in the middle of the defense. • Participating in OTAs
Clark (knee) is participating fully in OTAs this week, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: The veteran safety tore his ACL last summer and missed the entire 2023 campaign after he was acquired from the Ravens last March. Clark re-signed with New York on a one-year deal this offseason and should have a chance to win a starting job in the Jets secondary. Rotowire.com Today, 6:47 pm

    • Reverts to injured reserve
Harris (undisclosed) reverted to the Steelers' injured reserve list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Advice: The Steelers waived/injured Harris earlier in the week. He may be cut with an injury settlement at a later date, giving the second-year wideout a chance to find an opportunity elsewhere. Rotowire.com Today, 6:45 pm

    • Waived-injured by Atlanta
The Falcons waived Fisk (undisclosed) with an injury designation Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Advice: Fisk appeared in six games for the Falcons last season, seeing action on 72 offensive snaps and catching his only target for nine yards. The 25-year-old will land on injured reserve if he clears waivers, and there's a chance he's later cut with an injury settlement. Rotowire.com Today, 6:38 pm

    • Participating in OTAs
Barnes (knee) participated in OTAs Wednesday.

Advice: Barnes was injured on the first defensive series of the NFC Championship Game against the 49ers and never returned, but the issue clearly wasn't overly serious, and Barnes should be fine for a normal offseason. He started 13 of the 16 games he appeared in last season, finishing with a career-best 81 tackles (42 solo), one sack and one forced fumble on a career-high 705 defensive snaps. • Missing time with hamstring injury
Barner (hamstring) is not participating in OTAs this week, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Barner missed all of rookie minicamp with the injury and still isn't over the issue. He's missing valuable reps as a fourth-round rookie, but there's been no indication this is a serious injury that will keep Barner out for a lengthy amount of time. Barner is trying to push for playing time behind veterans Noah Fant and Pharaoh Brown after the Seahawks let Will Dissly and Colby Parkinson walk as free agents. Rotowire.com Today, 5:02 pm

    • Taking part in OTAs
Raymond (knee) participated in OTAs Wednesday.

Advice: Raymond was pictured making a catch during Wednesday's session. He missed the entirety of the Lions' playoff run last season after being injured in the regular-season finale. Raymond is currently penciled in as the Lions' third receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams after Josh Reynolds left as a free agent. Detroit didn't draft a single wideout last month. Raymond's competition will be in the form of Donovan Peoples-Jones and 2023 seventh-rounder Antoine Green. Rotowire.com Today, 4:58 pm
