    • Luke Willson breaks out for 138 yards, 2 TDs
Luke Willson secured all three of his targets for 139 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday night's Week 16 win over the Cardinals.

Advice: Willson was left wide open for a 80-yard touchdown on a blown coverage by Cardinals S Rashad Johnson in the first quarter. He was on the receiving end of both of Russell Wilson's touchdowns, with his second coming on a 20-yard seam route. It's a nice breakout game for Willson, who should continue to see the majority of snaps when Tony Moeaki returns. Seattle plays the Rams in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

Scott Chandler caught four passes for 37 yards and one touchdown in the Bills' Week 16 win over the Raiders.

Advice: He was targeted six times on the day. On his touchdown, Chandler beat LB Ray-Ray Armstrong, who fell down on the play. It was Chandler's first end-zone visit since Week 12 and just his third score of the season. Chandler and the Bills head to Denver to wrap up the season in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

Mychal Rivera caught one pass for five yards in the Raiders' Week 16 win over the Bills.

Advice: He was targeted four times. On his lone catch, Rivera fought hard for a first down. He was later targeted in the end zone, but Derek Carr overthrew him on the play. Jared Cook caught five passes for 41 yards in Sunday's Week 16 loss to the Giants.

Advice: Cook flashed a bit of speed by getting around the edge on crossing patterns a couple times, but it was a standard game for the ho-hum tight end. The five catches were the most he's recorded since Week 3. Cook and the Rams finish the season at Seattle next week. Rotoworld.com

Coby Fleener caught 4-of-7 targets for 36 yards Week 16 against the Cowboys.

Advice: Fleener made a nice 17-yard sideline grab early in the game but was limited by the Colts' floundering offense. The return of Dwayne Allen has not seriously eaten into Fleener's targets. He is a good bet for 7-10 targets Week 17 against the Titans. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Allen dropped two short passes early in the second quarter and had a wide-open deep ball bounce right off his hands later in the quarter. The deep ball was poorly thrown by Andrew Luck, but Allen should have come up with the catch. He did not get another target the rest of the game. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Donnell didn't really get in on the party during a day in which Eli Manning threw for 391 yards and three scores. LD also missed out last week (2-11-0) when Manning went for 250 yards and three more touchdowns. Donnell, who hasn't scored since Week 11, wraps the season against the Eagles next week. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Sims is playing behind Charles Clay again, but "vultured" Clay with a 14-yard touchdown in the second quarter. A very useful second tight end, Sims has earned an every-week role in the Dolphins' offense, even if he plays limited snaps. He also is a proficient run blocker, and better there than Clay. Advice: It was a disappointing day for Kelce, who also committed a personal foul. Kelce has proven to be a true weapon in his first healthy NFL season, but coach Andy Reid only occasionally decides to feature him in the passing game. • Charles Clay goes 6-114 against Vikings
Charles Clay secured 6-of-10 targets for 114 yards in the Dolphins' Week 16 win over the Vikings.

Advice: The Vikings have been stout versus tight ends all season, but Clay went to work on short and intermediate patterns, racking up three receptions for 40 yards in the first half. He was "vultured" in the red zone on a 14-yard touchdown pass to No. 2 tight end Dion Sims in the second quarter. Clay sparked Miami's offense on a third-quarter gain of 41 yards. We have very little beef with what first-year OC Bill Lazor has done with Miami's 2014 offense, but underutilizing Clay could be one quibble. Jimmy Graham caught 6-of-10 targets for 53 yards and a touchdown Week 16 against the Falcons.

Advice: Graham started slowly, failing to corral his first four targets and committing a bad drop on third down. He came on in the second half, catching a short touchdown pass in the fourth quarter and "fumbling" at the "one-yard line" on what should have been another score. Graham does not appear to be 100 percent, but he has double-digit targets in three of his last four games. Graham will close out the season against the Bucs next week. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Cameron was silent until the fourth quarter, when Brian Hoyer hit him for a dramatic 81-yard touchdown to give Cleveland the lead. It ultimately wasn't enough as the Panthers came back to win on a Cam Newton nine-yard touchdown pass to Jonathan Stewart. It's been a lost fantasy year for Cameron, but his ability to produce was never in question. He'll look to finish strong in a Week 17 date with Baltimore. Rotoworld.com

Advice: Gates leaked out on a play action boot for a one-yard score in the third quarter and was inexplicably left wide open for a 21-yard score in the fourth. Gates is now one touchdown away from 100 total scores for his career, and he would match his highest single-season total with 13 if he can score next week against Kansas City. Davis caught a bullet from Kaepernick down the seam and bullied his way into the end zone, but the play was called back by a chop block. Kelce ran a season-high 46 routes in Week 14 and backed that up by running 30 in Week 15 -- his third-highest mark of the season. Over the last month, Kelce is fantasy's No. 4 tight end and faces a Steelers defense burnable in every facet this week. He's clearly in play as a TE1 for both season-long and daily players. Advice: It's down from the 77.4 percent he played in Week 14. It was also extremely frustrating to see Graham not even on the field when No. 3 TE Josh Hill was the primary read on two goal-line plays and converted both for scores. Still, Graham has run 78 pass routes the last two weeks and put 5-87-0 on the Bears despite his shoulder issue. Advice: Graham, Kenny Stills, and Marques Colston each tied for the team lead with seven targets. After combining for 3-25 the previous two games, it was nice to see Graham get back on track and see an end-zone target. However, he couldn't corral the fade pass. Antonio Gates caught six passes for 54 yards with one touchdown in Sunday's Week 15 loss to the Broncos.

Advice: Gates was the only effective pass-catcher for the Chargers, repeatedly beating both T.J. Ward and Rahim Moore by using his oversized frame. It certainly didn't hurt his cause that Keenan Allen went down with an ankle injury early on. Gates will certainly be a TE1 at San Francisco in Week 16, but we wouldn't have very high expectations. • Tim Wright draws zero targets vs. Dolphins
Tim Wright wasn't targeted in the Patriots' Week 15 win over the Dolphins.

Advice: Wright now has just three targets over New England's past three games. There's no way of knowing when his next decent game might come. Rotoworld.com

    • Charles Clay goes for 59 yards vs. Patriots
Charles Clay caught 6-of-7 targets for 59 yards in the Dolphins' Week 15 loss to the Patriots.

Advice: It was an average day for Clay, who has found the end zone only twice this season. He'll be a low-risk, moderate-reward TE2 for the fantasy finals. Rotoworld.com

    • Larry Donnell a non-factor vs. Redskins
Larry Donnell had two catches for 11 yards in Week 15 against the Redskins.

Advice: They were his only targets of the game. Donnell hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 11 and is averaging just 34 receiving yards over that span. He'll be a touchdown-dependent TE2 against the Rams. Rotoworld.com

    • Owen Daniels goes 4-62-1 in Week 15 win
Owen Daniels caught four passes for 62 yards and one touchdown in the Ravens' Week 15 win over the Jaguars.

Advice: He was targeted a team-high nine times against a Jaguars defense that has struggled at times to cover tight ends. Daniels scored the game's lone offensive touchdown, reeling in a three-yard score in the third quarter one play after securing a 29-yard catch. Daniels has days like these. He'll be worth streaming consideration in his return to Houston, along with OC Gary Kubiak, in Week 16. Rotoworld.com

    • Kelce gets loose for touchdown in blowout win
Travis Kelce caught 5-of-6 targets for 59 yards and a touchdown Week 15 against the Raiders.

Advice: Kelce was targeted twice on the first drive of the game and was involved in the passing game throughout. His score came on a 20-yard catch in the third quarter. Kelce caught a quick slant at around the 15-yard line and then ran through four Raiders' defenders into the end zone. Kelce has all the makings of a fantasy superstar, but he is somewhat limited by the Chiefs' offense. He will still be a low-end TE1 Week 15 against the Steelers. Rotoworld.com

    • Dwayne Allen gets short TD in win
Dwayne Allen caught two passes for 16 yards with a touchdown in Sunday's Week 15 win over the Texans.

Advice: Andrew Luck ripped a pass into a very tight window to Allen for a 3-yard TD in the second quarter. It's the kind of play he needs to stay on the TE1 radar. Of course, Allen has been a red-zone monster for much of the year, scoring eight times in 12 games. He'll have a reasonable shot at finding the end zone against a Cowboys defense that is not good against tight ends in Week 16. Rotoworld.com

    • Gronk posts 3/96/1 versus Dolphins
Rob Gronkowski caught 3-of-8 targets for 96 yards and a touchdown in New England's Week 15 rout of the Dolphins.

Advice: Gronk's 27-yard score put the Pats ahead 31-13. It was a classic seam number. He nearly scored again two minutes later, but got tackled down at the six-yard line after making a 35-yard catch. Gronk is the owner of an elite 76/1,093/11 line with two games to go. Rotoworld.com

    • Rivera almost adds another garbage-time TD
Mychal Rivera caught 7-of-12 targets for 39 yards Week 15 against the Chiefs.

Advice: Rivera almost caught a garbage-time touchdown but had the ball knocked out of his hands in the end zone. Rivera is getting the targets, but he is struggling to do much with them. He is a TE2 in standard leagues with some touchdown upside. Rotoworld.com

    • Heath Miller goes 4-68 in Week 15 victory
Heath Miller caught four passes for 68 yards in the Steelers' Week 15 win over the Falcons.

Advice: He was targeted five times, tied for third-most on the team behind Antonio Brown (10) and Le'Veon Bell (7). Miller's biggest grab of the day was a 25-yard pickup late in the fourth quarter that sealed the seven-point win and allowed the Steelers to drain the clock with three kneel-downs. Miller will be a borderline TE1/2 next week at home against the Chiefs. He faces weekly volume uncertainty. Rotoworld.com

    • Scott Chandler goes 2-22 against Packers
Scott Chandler secured 2-of-2 targets for 22 yards in the Bills' Week 15 win over the Packers.

Advice: He appeared to share time with Lee Smith and MarQueis Gray. Chandler has had a couple of decent box-score lines this season, but is always nothing more than a desperate TE1 streamer. He'll be a TE2 in Week 16 at Oakland. Rotoworld.com

    • Coby Fleener catches two passes in win
Coby Fleener caught two passes for 32 yards in Sunday's Week 15 win over the Texans.

Advice: Fleener saw five targets on the day, dropping two and not sitting in his route on another. That failure to recognize the coverage resulted in an Andrew Luck pick-6. Fleener's inefficiency is hard to stomach now that Dwayne Allen (2-16-1 on four targets) is back health. There's not enough volume. Rotoworld.com

Charles Clay (hamstring, knee) remained limited in Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Week 15.

Advice: Clay will play through his hamstring/knee issues. He's a TE2 for Sunday's matchup with New England. Rotoworld.com

    • Jared Cook held to three catches vs. Cards
Jared Cook caught 3-of-7 targets for 22 yards in the Rams' Week 15 loss to the Cardinals.

Advice: It was a brutally-ineffective game from Cook, who committed an offensive pass interference penalty, and somehow outran Shaun Hill's desperation heave with time expiring by at least 15 yards. A mistake-prone player who rarely stuffs the stat sheet, Cook isn't worth the $7 million he's due in 2015. It's possible he'll be cut loose. Rotoworld.com

    • Norv: Kyle Rudolph isn't 100 percent healthy
Vikings OC Norv Turner admits TE Kyle Rudolph (groin) still isn't 100 percent.

Advice: Norval doesn't expect Rudolph to be back to full health until next season. Rudolph missed Weeks 4-10 after undergoing sports-hernia surgery, and has just seven catches in four games since returning. The No. 43 overall pick of the 2011 draft, Rudolph's career has thus far been an injury-prone disappointment. Rotoworld.com
