  • Alex Henery goes 1-of-2 in Lions debut
Alex Henery went 1-of-2 on field goals in his Lions debut.

Advice: Kicking outside in a road game against the Jets, Henery hit from 51 yards out and missed from 52. It was almost certainly enough for him to keep the high-upside job going forward. Henery now gets to go into the kicker-friendly confines of Ford Field for a home game against the Bills Week 5.

  • Alex Henery to be Lions' new kicker
Lions will sign K Alex Henery.

Advice: Nate Freese bungled his big chance, missing four field goals in three games. Henery steps into a dream opportunity for production with the Lions, but recent accuracy woes caused him to lose his job in Philly. He'll be a boom or bust fantasy kicking option weekly.

  • Dan Bailey sets record for consecutive FGs
Dan Bailey has set a franchise record for consecutive field goals made with 28.

Advice: Fantasy owners aren't going to find many better options than Bailey on a week-to-week basis. He plays for an explosive offense in a kicker-friendly stadium and has gone 7-of-8 on field goals from 50+ over the last two seasons. Fire Bailey up for a potential shootout with the Saints in Week 4.
