    • Moxiedrinkers

Down by 27 points on Monday night, Diet Moxie registered 28 to pull off an upset of Moxiedrinkers 108 to 107. They took advantage of a team-leading 28 points from Jamaal Charles and 23 from Drew Brees. The winless 2008 Lions aren't role models, but no one tell that to Moxiedrinkers. They have yet to crack the win column this year. Moxiedrinkers was coming off a 114 to 78 loss against The Lungbutters and saw their scoring increase this week. With Diet Moxie delivering goose eggs from two of their starters, the result might have been even worse. Diet Moxie (1-3, 319 points) climbs into seventh place and Moxiedrinkers (0-4, 388 points) drops to the cellar.

    Toyota Missed Opportunities

    • Not reading the expert articles from the Hall Of Fame. And if they did, maybe they should pay better attention when they read.
    • Brandin Cooks has now underachieved in three straight games after scoring a matchup-low 3 points against a projected 8.98.
    • The RBs on Moxiedrinkers let them down, getting outgunned by the RBs on Diet Moxie 50 - 15.
    • A heated blanket would be a great gift for Shayne Graham during this cold streak. He scored below his projection in three straight games after scoring 4 points against a projected 8.25 this week.
    • The 5 points scored by Rashad Jennings was a season-low for both scoring and for his performance against projections. He reached only 46.2% of his 10.82 projected points this week.

    What If

    • If Diet Moxie played Moxiedrinkers every week, they would be 1-3 this season.
    • Besides Moxiedrinkers, Diet Moxie would have defeated three other teams this week.
    • If they played the same schedule as Moxiedrinkers, Diet Moxie would be 0-3.
    • If Diet Moxie had played every team in the league each week, they would be 7-21.
    • Besides Diet Moxie, Moxiedrinkers would have been defeated by three other teams this week.
    • Timing really is everything. Diet Moxie would have lost to Moxiedrinkers 78 - 76 had they played each other last week.
