    • Even with a zero from starter the Green Bay Packers Defense, Slickjack was still able to win.

    Toyota Missed Opportunities

    • The Savage Dynasty should get prescription glasses. At least we assume that's why they didn't bother reading the expert articles from the Toyota Hall Of Fame.
    • Picked up Steve Smith Sr but left him on the bench, where he scored 18.90 points and exceeded his scoring projection by 153.7%, the eighth-highest percentage in the league.
    • All that glitters is not gold. Picked up Eddie Lacy, who scored 6.95 points against his projected 14.12.
    • The Savage Dynasty fell short at the K position, getting outscored 15.00 - 5.00 by Slickjack.
    • 6 of the starters on The Savage Dynasty scored less than their projected points.

    What If

    • Slickjack would have beaten six other teams besides The Savage Dynasty this week.
    • If Slickjack had scored 23.60 more points, they would have beaten all teams in the league this week.
    • The Savage Dynasty would have lost to four other teams besides Slickjack this week.
    • If The Savage Dynasty had scored 30.18 fewer points, they would have lost to all teams in the league this week.

    Game Notes

    • Slickjack got a combined 42.10 points from their WRs, the highest combined scoring output from the WR position for any team this week.
    • The score put up by The Savage Dynasty was the largest among losing teams in the league this week.
    • The Houston Texans Defense played well in the loss, ranking eighth in the league in scoring and beating their scoring projection by a matchup-leading 300.6%.
    • The Savage Dynasty could not pull out the win, but DeMarco Murray did perform well with the fourth-best RB score in the league this week, scoring 20.05 points.
    • Slickjack might want to see a chiropractor, because they were carrying Frank Gore on their back the whole week. He was on the winning team, but only scored 6.60 points against his projected 12.79.
    • Slickjack exceeded their scoring expectations while The Savage Dynasty failed to meet their projection.

    Fantasy MasterpiecesWeek 1

Peyton Manning Den - QB 2013 vs. Baltimore 27–for-42 passing, 462 yards, 7 TD passes, 0 INTs Peyton Manning announced his record-breaking intentions with authority to open the '13 campaign, throwing for seven touchdowns against the Ravens, tying an NFL-record that hadn't previously been accomplished since 1969.

His 462 passing yards were also the second-best mark of his storied career, helping produce a fantasy performance that will go down as one of the greatest performances by a signal-caller to date, with only a Michael Vick explosion against Washington on November 15th, 2010 ranking ahead of it. An interesting side note to Peyton's monster Week 1 effort was that little brother Eli Manning put forth the second-best QB performance, throwing for 450 yards and four touchdowns at Dallas.
Each week of the season we will bring you the top fantasy football performances of the past 10+ years for that week.
