Antonio Brown caught 7-of-9 targets for 72 yards and a touchdown in the Steelers' Week 16 win over the Chiefs.

Advice: One of Brown's missed connections was a drop in the end zone. Nevertheless, it was a good day against one of the league's better secondaries. Brown enters Pittsburgh's climatic Week 17 showdown with the Bengals the owner of an eye-popping 122/1,570/12 receiving line. He's one of the best players in football. Rotoworld.com

Advice: For just the third time all season, Bell was held below 100 yards from scrimmage, but he now has 10 total touchdowns over his past five games. Bell should eat in Week 17 against the Bengals, where the Steelers will be playing for a division title and home playoff game. Rotoworld.com

Jordy Nelson caught nine passes for 113 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's Week 16 win one the Bucs.

Advice: Nelson couldn't get anything going downfield with Aaron Rodgers, with most of his yards coming on underneath routes. His touchdown came on a one-yard slant late in the fourth quarter. Nelson secured all nine of his targets and didn't have any drops this week. The Packers play the Lions for the NFC North title in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

    • Alex Smith goes in shell as Chiefs lose
Alex Smith completed 31-of-45 passes for 311 yards in Kansas City's 20-12, Week 16 loss to the Steelers.

Advice: He added two rushes for 14 yards. It was a typical Smith game, as he refused to take shots down the field, and too often tucked the ball and ran. The latter was a big part of the reason Smith was rung up for six sacks. Smith simply refuses to attempts passes into tight windows, and it cost the Chiefs big time today. On one of Smith's rare deep balls, he overshot Albert Wilson on what would have been a 65-yard touchdown. Smith avoids turnovers, but his total unwillingness to shoot for big plays makes him a hard sell at $76 million. Kansas City hosts the Chargers in a pivotal divisional game in Week 17. Rotoworld.com

Jordan Cameron secured 3-of-5 targets for 88 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' Week 16 loss to the Panthers.

Advice: Cameron was silent until the fourth quarter, when Brian Hoyer hit him for a dramatic 81-yard touchdown to give Cleveland the lead. It ultimately wasn't enough as the Panthers came back to win on a Cam Newton nine-yard touchdown pass to Jonathan Stewart. It's been a lost fantasy year for Cameron, but his ability to produce was never in question. He'll look to finish strong in a Week 17 date with Baltimore. Rotoworld.com

Joique Bell rushed 13 times for 74 yards with one touchdown and caught two passes for 13 yards in Sunday's 20-14 Week 16 win at Chicago.

Advice: Bell was oddly benched for the entire first quarter, perhaps due to some kind of rules violation. But it was business as usual after he got his first snap with 12:36 left in the second quarter. Bell was the feature back, hogging clock-killing and red-zone work even though Reggie Bush was looking extremely spry. The highlight was a madden-style 17-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter that gave the Lions a lead they would hold. Earlier, Matthew Stafford barely missed Bell on a wheel route that would have gone for a touchdown. The Lions close the regular season at Green Bay next week, a game that will decide the NFC North. • Report: RGIII will be back with Skins in 2015
The Washington Post's Jason Reid writes Robert Griffin III is "expected to return" to the Redskins in 2015.

Advice: Profootballtalk reports RGIII's job status for 2015 was never in danger despite all of the reports stating otherwise in recent weeks. RGIII looked like his vintage self in a Saturday afternoon win over the Eagles, and suddenly things are peachy in D.C. RGIII has an opportunity to finish the season on a high note against the Cowboys in Week 17. Whether Jay Gruden returns as head coach remains unclear, but he's reportedly been told he'll be back. Advice: Floyd saw more targets with Keenan Allen (ankle, collarbone) sidelined, but the overall result was the same. Primarily a deep threat, Floyd has not caught more than five passes in a game this season and has surpassed 90 yards receiving twice. Floyd is a touchdown-dependent WR4 for fantasy. Rotoworld.com

Robert Griffin III completed 16-of-23 passes for 220 yards and an interception in Saturday's Week 16 win over the Eagles.

Advice: Griffin looked more decisive from the pocket, and was able to go through his progressions when given time. His highlights were two 50-plus yard throws to DeSean Jackson. Grifin's interception came trying to force a pass to Jackson in double coverage, but he bounced back and led Washington to a game-winning drive. Griffin has a matchup against Dallas in Week 17. Lions OC Joe Lombardi conceded Joique Bell is the team's No. 1 running back, ahead of Reggie Bush.

Advice: It would be difficult to claim anything else. Bell has 33 carries to Bush's 11 over the last two weeks and has out-touched Bush 42-16 over that span. Bell has at least 10 carries in 12-of-13 games this season. Bush has managed that feat just twice. Bell is the clear lead back and is a good bet for 20 touches against a leaky Bears' defense. He is a solid RB2 in championship week. Rotoworld.com

    • Gruden's RGIII comments softer in context
Redskins coach Jay Gruden's Tuesday comments about Robert Griffin III come across much softer in context.

Advice: "(It's) important for us to try to have some success on first and second down so we don’t have to drop back and throw it 30 times a game," Gruden said. "(When) you get behind, you get in third down, you get behind the chains, those have to be accomplished — the drop-back reads and progressions have to be accomplished, and that’s something we’re fighting through right now." Gruden's comments are non-controversial when taken in their full form, but came across as inflammatory in a series of tweets from the conference call. It took hours for the comments to be presented in their proper context. Regardless of today's brouhaha, Gruden is clearly not RGIII's No. 1 fan. It's hard to see the two coexisting for 2015. • Jay Gruden again slams Robert Griffin III
Speaking Tuesday, coach Jay Gruden said it's important for the Redskins to get an early lead in Saturday's game against the Eagles so they can limit Robert Griffin III's dropbacks and reading of the defense.

Advice: Gruden might as well have just come out and said he thinks RGIII stinks. Gruden also said Griffin needs to "get up quicker," and "avoid awkward hits and falls." He wants RGIII to be "more savvy." Gruden hates the way RGIII plays quarterback, and he's making sure he gets it on the public record before the offseason. Grudes has supposedly been told he'll be back for 2015, so it's seeming safer and safer to assume Griffin is a goner in Washington. Rotoworld.com

    • Robert Griffin III expected to start Week 16
The Redskins plan to start Robert Griffin III for Saturday's game against the Eagles.

Advice: Colt McCoy (neck) is expected to be inactive, meaning RGIII is getting the call over Kirk Cousins. Although he accounted for only one touchdown and took seven sacks, RGIII had arguably his best game of the season on Sunday, accounting for 282 total yards while averaging 8.74 yards per attempt. He would have had a second score if not for the NFL's draconian possession rules. Although Griffin has proven impossible to trust under coach Jay Gruden, he'll be an intriguing streamer against the Eagles' lousy pass defense. Rotoworld.com

Malcom Floyd caught three passes for 34 yards in Sunday's Week 15 loss to the Broncos.

Advice: Floyd had no shot against the Broncos' elite corner duo, with the low-light coming as Aqib Talib easily hopped in front of Floyd for a late interception. Joique Bell rushed 15 times for 62 yards and caught four balls for 41 yards in the Lions' Week 15 win over the Vikings.

Advice: Joique (pronounced "Joyk") was an all-purpose machine in this one, racking up big gains in the passing game and a number of chain-moving rushes, particularly in the fourth quarter. He has clearly asserted himself as the Lions' feature back with Reggie Bush continuing to struggle with health and Theo Riddick just a reserve/role player. Expect Bell to stay hot in a Week 16 date with the Bears' leaky defense. He shredded Chicago on Thanksgiving. Joique will be an RB2 in fantasy title week. Rotoworld.com

Griffin also added five carries for 46 yards and had a rushing score overturned. His best throw was a 61-yard pass to Andre Roberts in the third quarter. Le'Veon Bell pounded in the touchdown on the next play. Brown has proven time and again that even the best corners in the league can't hang with him. Desmond Trufant was the latest victim. Alex Smith completed 18-of-30 passes for 297 yards and two touchdowns Week 15 against the Raiders.

Advice: With the running game struggling early, the Chiefs opened up the playbook against what had been a solid Raiders secondary. Smith completed deep passes to both Dwayne Bowe and Albert Wilson and seemed much more willing to take deep shots than he has at any point this season. The 297 yards were the most for Smith since Week 5 of 2012 when he was a 49er. Kansas City started to open up the offense late last season, and there is a chance they are following the same script this time around. Smith will be a decent QB2 against the Steelers Week 16. Advice: In a game Bell didn't find much running room, he still produced like the elite RB1 he's shown he is this season. Bell scored from one yard away just before halftime after a nifty toe-tapping catch on the sideline by Antonio Brown. • Gruden: I don't need to see any more of RGIII
Speaking Thursday, Redskins coach Jay Gruden said he doesn't need to see any more of Robert Griffin III in action to know what he can and cannot do on a football field.

Advice: It essentially means Gruden has zero faith in RGIII's ability to get better. It's a damning indictment considering Gruden is currently going with pop-gun armed, journeyman Colt McCoy under center. RGIII has been horrendous in limited action this season, and Grudes apparently believes that's just who he is as a quarterback. RGIII badly needs a second chance with a different team. His affinity for drama makes him a poor fit on the circus-like Redskins. It's quite possible Griffin simply isn't the same since tearing up his knee in January 2013, but it's too early to throw in the towel. Rotoworld.com
