  • Larry Fitz limited, will be game-day decision
Updating a previous item, the Cardinals listed Larry Fitzgerald (questionable, knee) as a "limited" participant in Friday's practice, and are calling him a game-time decision for Week 13.

Advice: Reporters didn't see Fitz on the practice field to open the session, so it was assumed he didn't participate. The Cardinals are claiming he did. "If he goes, he goes," coach Bruce Arians said, insisting Fitzgerald wouldn't be "limited" in Sunday's game at Atlanta if he's active. "ThatÂ’s the only reason he would play, because he can play." Arians added Fitzgerald is "progressing nicely" off his MCL sprain. He'll be a dicey WR3 option in a late-afternoon game. Rotoworld.com

Falcons coach Mike Smith said Friday he is "confident" Roddy White (ankle, questionable) will play Sunday against the Cardinals despite missing every practice session this week.

Advice: It does look like White will be out there against the Cardinals, but in the past Roddy has cautioned against starting him in fantasy leagues when he's unable to practice. "He did work with our (athletic performance) people today and got good reports on where he was in terms of moving around," said Smith. "I feel confident, still, that he'll play on Sunday." Fantasy owners have a tough decision to make. The matchup won't be easy for White against red-hot LCB Patrick Peterson, and especially not if Roddy is short of full health. Rotoworld.com

Frank Gore managed 39 yards on 13 carries in the 49ers' Week 12 victory over the Redskins.

Advice: The 49ers predictably had very little success running the ball on Washington's stout front. Gore contributed to San Francisco's turnover-filled day with a lost fumble in the fourth quarter. He was also "vultured" by Carlos Hyde on a fourth-quarter TD run, which proved the game winner. With a matchup against the Seahawks on deck, Gore will be a dicey bet as more than a low-expectations RB2/flex on Thanksgiving night. • Larry Fitzgerald officially inactive
Cardinals declared Larry Fitzgerald (knee) inactive for Sunday's Week 12 game at Seattle.

Advice: Fitzgerald, who was a true-game time call, has an decent chance to be back for a dream Week 13 matchup against the Falcons. Meanwhile, John Brown will start against the Legion of Boom Sunday. The rest of the Cardinals inactives: RB Kerwynn Williams, LB Desmond Bishop, LB Glenn Carson, DT Alameda Ta'amu, DT Ed Stinson, TE Matt Mulligan. Rotoworld.com

  • Larry Fitzgerald won't play against Seahawks
Larry Fitzgerald (knee) will not play in Sunday's Week 12 game at Seattle.

Advice: Fighting a Grade 2 MCL sprain, Fitzgerald just isn't quite ready. Considering he was a true game-time call, we suspect he'll be ready for a nice Week 13 matchup against the Falcons. John Brown, the exact kind of receiver that gives the Legion of Boom problems, will start opposite Michael Floyd. Rotoworld.com

  • Glazer: Thomas is 'gonna be out' vs. Dolphins
FOX's Jay Glazer reports Julius Thomas (ankle) is "gonna be out" against the Dolphins.

Advice: The Denver Post has since confirmed Glazer's report. It means Jacob Tamme will get the start, and be a plug-and-play TE1 for Thomas owners in a bind. Per Glazer, the Broncos don't believe Thomas' injury is "very serious," but they're sending his X-rays to a specialist. Thomas has a long history of ankle issues. His status can't be taken for granted for Week 13. Rotoworld.com

  • Fitzgerald needs a 'miracle' to play Week 12
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports "it would take a miracle" for Larry Fitzgerald (knee) to play Week 12 against the Seahawks.

Advice: Fitzgerald didn't practice at all this week and appears to be on the wrong side of the questionable tag. He's battling a sprained MCL. If Fitzgerald sits, Michael Floyd and John Brown will start at receiver with Jaron Brown filling in as the No. 3. John Brown would make for an interesting play against a Seahawks defense that tends to get burned by smaller, faster receivers. Rotoworld.com

  • Report: Julius Thomas to be game-time decision
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Julius Thomas (ankle) will be "a true game-time decision."

Advice: Not even Thomas knows if he'll be playing yet, according to RapSheet. Thomas didn't practice at all this week. If he plays, expect him to be limited against the Dolphins. Owners need to make other plans with the 4:25 PM ET kickoff. Jacob Tamme would start for Thomas, but makes for a weak replacement. Rotoworld.com

  • Khiry Robinson (arm) officially ruled out
Khiry Robinson (arm) has been ruled out for Week 12.

Advice: Robinson will miss his fifth straight game. He doesn't have a timetable to return, and could be dealing with a setback. Mark Ingram remains the Saints' unquestioned early-down back. Rotoworld.com

  • Khiry Robinson may have suffered a setback
ESPN Saints reporter Mike Triplett said Khiry Robinson may have suffered a setback or opted for surgery on his injured arm.

Advice: Triplett said Robinson "seemed closer to returning a few weeks ago," adding there is still no real timetable on Robinson's return. Robinson will not play against the Ravens Monday night, and could possibly be out the rest of the regular season. We really have no idea. Mark Ingram will continue to be the early down bell cow in New Orleans. Rotoworld.com

  • Julius Thomas officially DNP on Friday
Broncos coach John Fox conceded Julius Thomas (questionable, ankle) was unable to do much on the practice field Friday.

Advice: Although Thomas is listed as questionable, he's shaping up as a not-great bet to play versus Miami. "We could have called him limited, but it was closer to DNP," were Fox's words. Officially, Thomas is a game-time decision. We don't expect to have a great idea of his status until just before Sunday's game. Rotoworld.com

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis believes WLB Vontaze Burfict (knee scope) is "progressing" toward a return.

Advice: Naturally, Lewis didn't disclose when Burfict might actually suit up. Sunday's tilt with the Texans will mark the fourth straight game he's missed. Going by his timetable, there's a chance Burfict will be ready for Week 13, but that should not be taken for granted. Rotoworld.com

Jordan Cameron (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 12 at Atlanta.

Advice: The good news is he practiced and is making progress. The bad news is the few fantasy owners who've continued to roster Cameron through his injury-plagued year will not have him available in a favorable matchup. Cameron does seem to be on track to return for Week 13, although that's not a guarantee. We'll have several updates on his chances of playing next week. Rotoworld.com

Jordan Reed (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 12 against the 49ers.

  • Charles Clay dealing with hamstring injury
Charles Clay (hamstring, knee) missed Thursday's practice.

Advice: Now we know where ESPN's Adam Caplan's report that Clay is a game-time decision for Week 12 came from. Clay was not listed with a hamstring on Wednesday, meaning he suffered the injury in his limited practice. The fact that he couldn't go today is a major concern for his Sunday status. Clay's availability will be updated no later than Friday, but owners need to begin making other plans. Rotoworld.com

  • Report: Charles Clay (knee) game-time call
ESPN's Adam Caplan reports Charles Clay (knee) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Advice: Clay was limited in Wednesday's practice. The report is a bit out of left field, as Clay has been "limited" all season. He must have tweaked his knee in Week 11 against the Bills. Caplan is a very reliable reporter. Owners relying on Clay as a TE1 must now monitor his status through Sunday, and have a back-up plan at the ready. Dolphins/Broncos does not kick off until 4:25ET. Julius Thomas (ankle) remained sidelined Thursday.

Advice: Thomas came out for the team stretch, but was an observer once drills started. Owners obviously need to have a back-up plan ready, but Thomas can't be ruled out just yet. Rotoworld.com

  • Oft-injured Jordan Reed sitting out Thursday
Jordan Reed (hamstring) is not practicing again Thursday.

Advice: The oft-injured Reed pulled his right hamstring in last week's loss to the Bucs. A left hamstring pull earlier this season cost him four games. There's no word on the severity of this injury, but given his history and his inability to practice we'd consider him extremely questionable for Sunday's game at San Francisco right now. If Reed sits, desperate owners can turn to backup Niles Paul. Paul averaged 4.5 catches for 58.2 yards with one touchdown during that four-game stretch as a starter. Rotoworld.com

Julius Thomas (ankle) is not practicing Wednesday.

Advice: Thomas stretched with his teammates before taking the rest of the day off. He's not in a walking boot or limping around, so he appears to at least have a chance at playing Week 12. There are better tight end options to handcuff Thomas with than his backup Jacob Tamme. Tamme looked bad in Week 11 relief. Rotoworld.com

Jordan Cameron remains in the league's concussion protocol and will not practice Wednesday.

Advice: Cameron appears to be in doubt for Week 12 against the Falcons, though he could be cleared any day. Jim Dray and Gary Barnidge continue to fill in at tight end. At this point, it's a waiting game. Cameron's long-term health is a concern. Rotoworld.com

  • Jordan Reed's new hammy issue on right side
Jordan Reed strained his right hamstring in Sunday's loss to the Bucs.

Advice: It's notable because it was a left hamstring pull that cost Reed four games earlier this season. Still, his status for Week 12 is murky as this is an oft-injured player who has proven slow to recover from soft-tissue injuries before. Owners can add insurance in Niles Paul, who averaged 4.5 catches for 58.2 yards with one touchdown during that aforementioned four-game stint as the starter. Rotoworld.com
