Inactive owners

So much inactivity.

I think several of my last few wins would've been tighter if injured players weren't being played.

Though I'll take 'em. I haven't gotten anything from MJD in months.

I think we should have a hazing ritual for those who play a person on BYE, IR or listed OUT for multiple weeks. I was thinking a field goal attempt to the nuts but I'm open to suggestions...
