Toxins knock off Novaforce in 110.22-76.02 rout

Despite similar records, Novaforce held a big season point advantage over Toxins coming into this one (1,748-1,366). But the trend wouldn't continue this week with Toxins cruising to a 110.22-76.02 victory. There was very little drama in this one, as Toxins grabbed a 24.28-point lead early Sunday afternoon behind standout efforts from David Montgomery and Keenan Allen. Montgomery ran for 113 yards and a touchdown for 18.3 points, while Allen caught 9 passes for 82 yards and a touchdown (14.2 points). A.J. Brown (4 Rec, 124 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) and Matt Ryan (313 Pass Yds, 1 Pass TD) did their part for Novaforce in the loss. This marks the first time this season Toxins have beaten Novaforce, after falling 158.16-75.3 in their last matchup.
